Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, the designer, is a salutatorian graduate of the Pakistan School of Fashion Design, aliated with La Chambre Syndicate de la Couture Parisienne, France. He holds an Honors degree in couture and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of PSFD. Throughout the last eight years the brand has graced the runways of fashion capitals such as New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., London, Toronto, Bucharest and Prague. Hassan has been fortunate enough to receive standing ovations from dignitaries such as the President of the United States, the President of China, the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Romania, the Queen of Bahrain, Madeline Albright and a host of world leaders at the WorldEconomic Forum 2007 held in Jordan.

He is the recipient of many national and international awards including the Lux Style Best Designer award which he has won for 2005 and 2007. In November of last year he won the MTV award for Style Icon of 2008. Last month he was selected as one of The AHLAN! HOT 100 Style Icons for 2009.

HSY, the fashion house is predominantly known for its couture, specializing in bridal wear. However, due to a huge demand over the last two years, it now oers eight dierent lines: HSY Bridal, HSY Couture, HSY Private Collection, HSY R2W Deluxe, HSY R2W, HSY Basics, HSY Resort and HSY Noir.
